Red Sand Technology provides healthcare services through JOBS Clinics to our customers for their benefit and for authorized users (“Authorized Users”) under agreements with them. Authorized Users can efficiently store and analyze data in our healthcare platform. Because our services are SaaS-based, they can be accessed worldwide, subject to applicable agreements and laws.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to content uploaded or stored by customers and their Authorized Users (“Customer Content”). In such cases:

• Red Sand Technology processes Customer Content on behalf of the customer, who is responsible for its collection and use.
• The customer’s privacy notice governs their collection and use of Customer Content.
